Who you are buying from
The products on this site are created and delivered by Xenia Vocal Consultant SRL, a company registered in Romania under number 42209070, with its registered office at Str. 1 Mai nr. 10, Baia Mare, Maramureș 610126, Romania, trading as Xenia Vocal Healer. Checkout, payment and refunds are handled by BuyGoods Inc. (Wilmington, Delaware, USA), the online retailer through which our products are sold. When you pay, you also accept BuyGoods' own terms of sale, shown at checkout.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Xenia Vocal Consultant SRL. "You" means the person placing the order. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.
What we sell
Everything sold here is digital. Nothing is posted or shipped.
- The State One — nine audio frequencies in three chapters, recorded by Xenia Costinar with her own voice, together with the Activation Protocol (PDF), The Short One, the guided meditation and access to The Private Circle, a private community on Telegram. Delivered immediately after payment, through a private library page.
- The Long One — an optional extended frequency of more than thirty minutes, offered at checkout. Delivered immediately after payment.
- The Personalized Frequency — an optional sound composition made individually, for one person, offered after your purchase of The State One. After payment you complete a short form with your details and a recent photograph. Your frequency is delivered on a private page between 3 and 9 days after we receive the form.
This is not medical treatment
Our products are not medical devices. They do not treat, cure, diagnose or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing we publish is a therapeutic recommendation. They are made for relaxation, balance and general wellbeing.
If you have a health condition, speak to your doctor. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment because of anything you read here or experience while listening. If you have epilepsy, a heart condition, a pacemaker or another implanted device, or if you are pregnant, consult your doctor before listening. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
Results vary from person to person. The messages and measurements shown on our pages describe individual experiences; they are not a promise that you will feel the same.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Every product is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies.
Payment is taken by BuyGoods at checkout. We never see or store your card details. Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee; that fee is theirs and we cannot refund it.
Access and delivery
After payment, BuyGoods shows you a link to your private library page, where you can listen to and download your files. Bookmark it: it is your access, for as long as you like, on any device. If you lose it, write to us and we will send it to you again.
Your library link is personal. Please do not publish it or share it with others.
Refunds
The State One and The Long One come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The Personalized Frequency is made for you alone and is not refundable. How to request a refund, and your statutory rights, are set out in our Refund Policy.
The photograph and details you send us
The Personalized Frequency is made from a photograph of you, together with the details you provide about yourself. By sending them, you confirm that the photograph is of you, or that you have permission from the person shown, and that you are entitled to share it with us.
We use them only to create your frequency. We do not publish, sell or share them. How long we keep them, and how to ask us to delete them, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
The Private Circle
Access to The Private Circle is personal to you. Please treat other members with respect and do not share what is posted there outside the group. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or redistributes the group's content. Your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's own terms.
What you may do with the files
The recordings, the artwork, the written material and this site belong to Xenia Vocal Consultant SRL and are protected by copyright. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to listen for your own private use, on your own devices.
You may not copy, share, upload, sell, lend, broadcast, or use the recordings in your own content — including videos, streams, classes, sessions with clients, or anything commercial. If you want to use a frequency in a professional practice, write to us: that is a different licence.
Reviews and testimonials
The reviews and message screenshots on our pages are real, from real listeners. Most of our listeners are Romanian; where a message was written in Romanian, we show it translated into English. Nobody was paid for a review. The originals are available on request.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering what you paid for, and for fixing it if we do not. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by our hosting, payment or email providers, for your inability to open a file because of your own device or software, or for the subjective results of listening, which differ from person to person.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability can lawfully be limited, ours is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Complaints
Write to contact@xeniavocalhealer.com. We reply by the end of the next business day and aim to resolve any complaint within five business days. For payment and order questions you can also contact BuyGoods at lookup.buygoods.com.
If you live in the European Union and we cannot reach a solution, you may contact the consumer protection authority in your own country, or the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. If you are buying as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules that apply where you live; those rules apply in addition to these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site when you place it. These terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
